Growly, the abandoned lab, has been one of those rare, sad cases - of an angry, unpredictable, biting labrador. Hed probably become like that because of sustained abuse, before being dumped :( In fact, he was the only dog at the SPCA that was kept tied all the time - a necessity :( So he was depressed - of course. & we were unhappy about his being tied all the time - of course. & so we shifted him on 25th June into the enclosed puppy pen that Akshay Shrinagesh has done for us. He was shut in there ; but at least he was roaming around & free ! & the childs spirits lifted. & then TODAY, Vidhi & Vineet shifted him into a wide expanse of enclosure, with a little shed in the midst :) & hes over-joyed :D Hes been running about the place, exploring ; & there is happiness in his bark - bless him ! We hope to see the day when well be able to touch him, to pet him, to tell him much more obviously - that we care.
