Grrrrr. So my U-Verse went down last night at around 11:00 pm. I waited until midnight to see if the problem would get fixed. It didnt. So I was on the phone with tech support. This is the fourth time in 6 months that everything went down -- phone, internet and television so they wanted to send a technician to check the equipment. It was scheduled between 1 and 4 today. I had a call while I was in the shower and they didnt leave a message. I was worried it was the AT&T guy so I called tech support. To find out the guy pulled up to The Met, saw they gate, declared there was no access and drove away without calling me. So that cancelled my appointment. I have been waiting patiently. Now I want to go to the gym, but Im stuck waiting again as they try to fix this. Seems to me the guy just didnt want to be bothered making the service call. Its irritating, but since things seem to be working right now Im tempted to just say to hell with it and get on with my day.
