Pabon’s move to the Brazilian outfit, meanwhile, is an 18-month loan deal. A statement released by Valencia on Friday morning confirmed the triple exit has been agreed. “Valencia have reached a total agreement for the loan of Dorlan Pabon to Sao Paulo until June 30, 2015,” the statement read. “The Colombian forward has already completed a medical and joined up with the Brazilian club. “Valencia have also reached an agreement, pending medicals, for the loans of Helder Postiga to Lazio and Andres Guardado to Bayer 04 Leverkusen, both loans with options to buy for those clubs at the end of the season. Postiga and Guardado have travelled today to Roma and Leverkusen, respectively, to undergo the relevant medical examinations, with the permission of Valencia CF.” All three players have recently slipped out of Valencia coach Juan Antonio Pizzis first-team plans, but the recently installed boss will now be short of numbers with his side still in the Europa League, while sliding down the Liga table having won none of their last three games. The trio could be followed out of the door at the Mestalla by playmaker Sergio Canales, with a four million euro move to Real Sociedad close to completion, according to AS. Elsewhere, Superdeporte claims that Villarreal are also interested in signing the talented but injury-prone former Racing Santander and Real Madrid player. These exits take place as 400-million-euro-in-debt Valencia’s ownership situation still remains up in the air, with various stakeholders involved in the club itself, its foundation -- which on paper controls a majority of shares -- financial institution Bankia -- who in reality have a casting vote -- and the regional Valencian government all debating in public and private the best course of action to take. Bankia, and consultants KPMG, have reportedly moved to a second stage of the sale, with the very public offer made by Singapore businessman Peter Lim already discarded, and more discrete bids by U.S. investment fund Texas Pacific Group, Qatari investment fund QIA and a group called “Always Valencia”, headed by former player Fernando Gomez Colomer, still in the running. In better news for the club, Valencia have confirmed that former Barcelona midfielder Seydou Keita is joining for the remainder of the current campaign. Keita, 34, is returning to La Liga after an 18-month spell in China with Dalian Aerbin, according to a club statement. The midfielder Seydou Keyta, pending a medical, will sign with Valencia until June 30, with the option of another season, the statement read. The Mail international, who played with Dalian Aerbin of the Chinese Super League until Dec. 31 last year, arrives this afternoon at 16.35 at Manises airport.
