Guess what - if your (grand) kids purchase in-app purchases, you can get Apple to pay for them. Nice. I hope they racked up a good few purchases, all we need to know now is how to get the money back... In my day, if we spent our parents money when we didnt have permission to do so, there would be trouble. These days, apparently courtrooms and federal agencies are the parent-preferred sources of taking care of such issues. Today, Apple settled up with the FTC over a complaint filed by the Commission many moons ago regarding in-app purchases made by children without mom or dads consent, and hooray : theyre paying for your (grand) kids acquisitions. Maybe we can afford to buy that new car after all...
