Guess what im doing next week? Heading back into my kitchen! There is nothing more fulfilling for me than being hands on in a real kitchen, the buzz of food service, creating real food using fresh local ingredients, seeing the faces and the smiles of people who love your art. Thats what fills a huge happy place in my soul. If your in food service you know that feeling dont you. You cant do this work if you dont love it, you cant be away from it, It calls you back. The cuts on our hands, the burns on our arms, the pain in our feet, the sweat in our brow but still we adore it. Creating real food for you to love. Expressing our love for nourishing nutrition through the plates we serve you. This has been my passion for a long time, my dream is not complete yet, but its on its way. I cant wait to share all I have planned for you guys over the next few years
