Guess who got to fly an airplane today? ZACK!! and me too. It was nice enough that EAA chapter 533 let our little scouts go into the air, but they also allowed many to try their hands at the controls as well. They even invited siblings and yes, even the willing parents to take to the air as well! This is no small task when you consider 30 or so total of us took advantage of the opportunity this morning. A month ago I wouldnt have even considered doing this due to pulse and blood pressure issues, but for now both are near normal. What a rush and what a great time the kids had!! The kids both made today one of the most memorable days of my life when they said that this was the best experience of their lives. Praise God that I am here today to have been able to share such an experience with them! Our hosts were the absolute best and a great time was enjoyed by all.
