Some of you have shown interest in fresh beef and pork. It can be expensive to do a whole beef or a large pork. The more I have interested the cheaper I can get you smaller quantities of meat. Reply to this post how many pounds you would be interested in if I could get you pork cut, wrapped and delivered for $1.89 a pound and how much beef you would be interested in if I could get it for $3.29 a pound. As soon as there is enough interest to get up to 1000lbs of beef the sooner we can get that meat at this awesome price. Pork, just let me know, about 200-300lbs is about the prime butcher weight.
