Guidance 08/21/14: When you listen you will hear. When you take actions you will get results. There are many things you do not understand. There are many things that are clear. Each in its own time. Remain open to learning. Seek first to understand others. Rarely will people request you to solve their problems. They just want to be heard and understood. Make those your points of emphasis. Good days are a matter of perspective. When you rise each day confidently proclaim, to yourself, today is a good day. You will be amazed how many times you will be right!
