Guidelines to Vipassana! 1. Where the visible objects remain unseen, there the mental defilements cease by themselves. 2. Where the visible objects are seen, there the mental defilements may arise. 3. By being mindful towards what is seen, one dispels the mental defilements. Thus, the questions raised by the Buddha to Malukyaputta ( What do you think Malukyaputta ? To the visible objects/ sounds/scents/savors/ touchable objects and dhammas- recognizable by mind that you had never known before .. that you do not know now.. that you do not expect that you will know, Do you have any desire or lust for them?
