Gujarat Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel yesterday said that women are responsible for spreading litter and garbage in their surroundings.. Earlier also she had made some controversial comment on women.. Before delivering such statements the Minister would have shown the way as to where the women should go for defecation if they have not been provided toilets, where they should throw garbage if they have not been provided dust bins and personnel to clear dust bins on daily basis carrying those litters to remote places.. Women as usual have been the softest target of every one.. Before providing these facilities and educating women it will be not be fair to blame women for such things..
