Dont let your ideas rot and be wasted but you have to make sure that everything you are voicing out are rational and substantial ideas because there are people who will just keep on talking to show that they have the confidence but if you dig down their queries, they are just nonsense irrelevant questions formulated to waste time. There are ppl you will meet who use barubal and kanto words but if you try to understand what they are fighting for, you will see that it is worth fighting for. But still, all discussions can be settled by meeting half way and by learning how to comply to the rules so the system may work well and relationships will be formed harmoniously :) No need to raise your voice or to be physical. Remember, intellectual people have the power to pull each other up or down over a cup of tea ;)
