Guns dont kill people, people kill people People with guns kill people. People with guns who have arrest records for domestic violence kill people. People with guns who are mentally unstable kill people. There needs to be a shift in attitude in how this country looks at gun violence & at gun control. There needs to be less people blindly screaming about their right to own an inanimate object that was specifically created as a tool for killing & more people rationally discussing harsher gun laws, stricter background checks, better legal systems for marking red flags. There needs to be more people talking about how this country views & deals with mental health issues, especially in those with violent / criminal tendencies. This is about taking your guns away its about making it that much harder for someone like this man to squeeze through the system. Its about making it that much harder for something like this to happen. It isnt about you. Its about these 4 dead children all under the age of 15. Its about the other hundreds of dead children who had their right to a full & happy life taken away.
