Guys,try out this Mango ginger thokku.... Mango ginger(peel and dice)-1/4 kg Bangalore tomatoes,med size-3 Method: Grind mango ginger pieces and tomatoes(add little water) in a mixie. Add a tablespoon of oil,add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.Add the ground mixture carefully,keep stirring in mild flame..when oil separates add required salt and red chilli powder...cook till raw flavour is lost.Do not overcook..Best for idlis,dosas,chappatis, paniyaram etc.,
