Gym Gripe! So.....Ive been working the Holy Hell out of my inner thighs, my outer thighs, my butt, my belly, my back, my neck, my calves, my ankles for the last several weeks. Very nice. I wake up this morning and noticed my BOOBS have shrunk a freaking cup size. Excuse me? I never even once did any chest presses to avoid boob shrinkage. Figures. Awe......damn it. My ankles feel like something I cant explain, like hiking in heels. Thats awesome.
