The officer asked me a lot of questions about my employer like when it was founded, where it is located, how many employees are working, the clients of the employer and also the address of the employers office. I answered all the questions. He asked me for my H1B Petitioner letters, my offer letter, my resume and my LCA document. He flipped through all the papers quickly and told me I would like to send your application for further review your employer and handed over a white slip and circled on Further Review. He told me that ill hear from them before the start of my I-797 i.e., the 1st of October and not to worry about it. I asked him how long it will take to review and he told me It would just take a while and it is a routine check we do. You dont have to worry much about it. Youll hear from us soon before the 1st of October. Right now, Im concerned about what will happen to my application. 1. Could you please tell me what is the process of white slip and how long will it take to process? 2. Is there any way to track the application ?
