HABITAT RESTORE CELEBRATES 8TH ANNIVERSARY HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Huntington WV Area Habitat ReStore, located at 240 Third Avenue in Huntington, is celebrating its 8th Anniversary this week. To commemorate the occasion, the ReStore will be receiving a shipment of high-end furniture and accessories Friday. Customers are encouraged to follow the ReStore’s Facebook page for more information. A home improvement resale and donation center, Huntington WV Area Habitat ReStore sells reusable and surplus building materials to the public at a fraction of the retail price, and focuses primarily on furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances. By promoting reuse and recycling, the Huntington WV Area Habitat ReStore provides an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of the waste stream while providing funding for Huntington WV Area Habitat for Humanity’s community improvement work. Last year alone, the Huntington WV Area Habitat ReStore helped keep more than 280 tons of materials from being deposited into local landfills To prepare for the sale ReStore will close early Thursday (2pm) and reopen Friday at 9am to celebrate
