HANDOUT CHIEF MINISTER SINDH SYED QAIM ALI SHAH TAKES NOTICE OF THE INCIDENTS OF KILLING ON SATURDAY, DIRECTS IG POLICE FOR STRICT ACTION AGAINST CRIMINSLS. KARACHI: NOV, 10: The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah while taking serous notice of killings of innocent people including sub-inspector of police Muhammad Amin in Karchi on saturday, has directed IG Police and Additional IGP Karachi to take stern action against perpetrator and bring them to justice. He reiterated his firm resolve to continue the ongoing targeted operation against the terrorists, target killers, extortionists and anti social elements until the elimination of the last criminal. Sindh CM said that Karachi is hub for economic and commercial activities and restoration of law and order is the top priority of the provincial government adding that Karachi will be made once again the city of lights. While lauding the performance and achievements of police and rangers in the on-going targeted operation directed for further activating intelligence network and having a strict eye on the criminal elements. CM Sindh directed IG Police to increase police patrolling, ensure strict checking at exit and entrance points of city and beefing up the security at main round abouts, roads, mosques, imam bargahs and business and commercial centers of the metropolis. Sindh CM also directed for strictly implementing security plan constituted for Muharram-ul-Haram and ensuring fool proof security for mourning processions and congregations across the Sindh. He appealed the general public for extending full support and cooperation to law enforcing agencies to foil the conspiracies of anti-state elements who want to disturb the peace. He added that such elements would not be tolerated at any cost and their nefarious designs would never succeed. Syed Qaim Ali Shah stressed upon the religious scholars to play their role for inter-sect harmony. CM Sindh expressed his profound grief over the yesterday’s killings and condoled with the heirs of the victims.
