HAPPENING NOW : Handing over of a house constructed under the Koudmen Ste Lisi Programme to Mr. Edward Emannius of La Tourney, Vieux-Fort South. Immediately after the Christmas Eve Trough, Prime Minister. Hon. Dr. Kenny D. Anthony sought the assistance of the SSDF to construct a home for Mr. Emannius, whose house was destroyed near the La Tourney river. The house was constructed free of labour charge by Mr. Royden Barley of Vieux-Fort. Officials from SSDF, Invest Saint Lucia, the Vieux-Fort South Constituency Council, Hon. Stanley Felix, Minister of Planning, Housing and Urban Renewal and Prime Minister, Hon. Dr. Kenny D. Anthony are in attendance.
