You need inspiration? Just go to a quilt show and see all the wonderful art that is hanging on the walls. I also find inspiration in fabric. This hand dyed 44 x 55 Sateen Cotton piece was hanging on the edge of a vendors booth and I had to have it. Now what to do with it??? I am hanging it vertical for a couple of days then switch it to horizontal until something just strikes me to start. Isnt it just beautiful and rich in color?
