HAPPY ANNIVERSARY challengers!!! 1 year ago today our journey began. So thankful for my guardian angels Ray Jackson and Angela Powell for starting this group. My BP is lower, my kidney function has improved because of the lower BP. Im more active and energetic. Total pounds lost 62lbs. I may not be where I want to be, but Im a long way from where I was. I fell, I got discouraged, I got distracted, I sometimes forget to drink my water. But out of no where when I felt like giving up, my phone will beep that special beep, letting me someone posted a message on the groups FB page and I get back on that wagon and start all over again. Thank you to everyone for your post, food ideas, exercise tips, sweaty workout pic (lol), all of it help me on my journey.
