HAPPY BIRTHDAY Bruce Glover. One of our great character actors. Also one of my acting teachers. I can truly say he could freak me out at times in class, but he also gave me the space to learn. Im still working so thanks Bruce. I think my favorite role of Bruces was in the Sean Connery James Bond film Diamonds Are Forever (1971) as the gay hit man Mr Wint whos trying to eliminate Bond. Other favorites were Bless the Beasts & Children (1971) directed by Stanley Kramer, Walking Tall (1973) as Deputy Grady, and as Duffy in Roman Polanskis Classic film Chinatown (1974). With well over 100 film and TV roles to date Bruce has been working for over 5 1/2 decades. TRIVIA - He is the Father of Crispin Glover, a very talented actor in his own right. QUOTE - Acting is an art form. If you are not creating something thats unusual and informative and at least has the possibility of being illuminating then you are not into it as an art form. Great knowing you Bruce and thanks for your wisdom.
