HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU SHADYKJV FRIENDS, I BEG YOU, DONT FAIL TO READ THIS STORY OF A RISING STAR, Shadrach Shehu I present to you a friend, a brother, a university mate of mine of the same faculty, a graduate of Metallurgical Engineering, from the unfading Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, a UK-based rap artist, Engr. Shadrach Shehu, SS, whose stage name is SHADYKJV, and ask for your prayers for him and your kind encouragement and constructive criticisms, as he works hard to carve a niche for himself and further the Nigerian story at the part of the globe for now and all over the globe with every success he attains. I asked my friend, what do you mean by the KJV in your stage name (SHADYKJV), is it King James Version? He laughed and told me this I knew everyone would think its King James Version but nay, it means KING OF JUDAH (after David). Then I asked him And the V?, to which he replied V is a number for GRACE, in numerology. Hahaha. That is lovely concept if you ask me. In his words: I am a Nigerian, from Southern Kaduna, proudly Chunghai, BAJJU in and out, born in Kaduna, hail from Kamuru Station, in the famous Zangon-Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State. I am cuurrently based in the UK. I went to the evergreen St Annes Primary School, Kakuri, Kaduna for my primary education and then the prestigious Kaduna Capital School, Malali, Kaduna for my secondary education. I lost both my parents just before I gained admission to a college in the UK. I actually started rap in July of 2009, but wasnt consistent in doing so. But I finally focused on it in 2012 till date. In 2008, a year after we left the university, Sheddy and his group called SoulQuest entered into and won the competition we all are not likely to forget - MALTA GUINESS STREET DANCE. Those in from wouldnt forget in the hurry the joy these Southern Kaduna young men brought to us with their unbelievable dancing prowess. They broke several rules in that competition with their unorthodox, outside-the-box but breathtaking innovations. Instead getting penalized, however, they were applauded for their idiosyncratic display that left many jaws permanently dropped. Emma Zkw Godson Auta, another Bajju guy from Zonkwa and graduate of St Francis College Zonkwa, was also on that team. He too is a great friend and UK-based too. Recently, Sheddy took part in a competition in the UK tagged, OPEN MIC UK, where he made it to the Semis. He was a Malta Guiness Brand Ambassador (MGBA) for one year. Support Sheddy by sending him a friends request and Liking his music and encouraging him to remain focused in rapping meaningfully. KEEP IT TIGHT, ENGINEER SHEDDY. WE ARE WITH YOU. Happy Birthday to you Engineer Shady! #MakingNaijaProud
