Every time you like a smoothie, or rather love a smoothie, write the recipe down on an index card and give it a score such as 9/10. That way youll build up a ton of recipes that you love so you can stick with the green smoothies.... Attached is a recipe index box that I have. Theres no diet that can give you the level of health and weight loss as drinking green smoothies! In the back of your book, I listed tons of great recipes youll want to try after the 10 day cleanse!!!
