The location will still be Vulcan Trail. The group will start in the parking lot. Each session follows a standard format of a jog (warmup) followed by drills focussing on correct bio-mechanics and then a speed workout based on seasonal racing schedules. Everyone should bring a watch and know their 5k and 10k pace pace per mile. Also, a headlamp is recommended as it begins getting darker earlier. See you there! Vulcan Tri Night at Sweat and Gears!
