HAPPY NEW YEAR! I know its a little late but weve spent the last few days off the radar on a houseboat on the backwaters of Kerala - I cannot explain how blissfully peaceful & relaxing it was to spend time floating along watching some of the most stunning scenery I have ever seen drift by with no wifi or even phone signal & just the sound of birds, the breeze & waves lapping against the boat. It was true present moment awareness at its very best & I feel so good for taking a few days unplugged from the matrix - make sure you do it if ever you get chance! If getting to a houseboat in Kerala isnt on your 2015 radar maybe even make a one day (or even half a day, ok or even an hour!) digital detox part of your New Years plans. Or a promise to spend more time in nature just being & soaking in the beauty of the present moment, its where all the magic happens...
