HARC, Over the summer, HARC has been working with an outside gear, marketing, and branding organization (Fifteen Brand) to help clean up our current logo and bring it up to date while partnering with them in the coming years to supply our kit. Some comments that the HARC Operating Committee (HOC) had received with respect to our current logo is that in general, the clubs name should be spelled out noting that we are a HOUSTON RUGBY team. Being cognizant that there are strong individual team entities within the club (Bulls, Ants, and SHARCs), we looked to stay close to the original skull design, which has been the current overall Club Brand that we have all been playing under for the past 15 years. Some preliminary designs were circulated to The Club members (active and alumni) for review and comments. The survey asked for preferential rankings and likes and dislikes of the various designs, including The Clubs original design from 1998. Everyones comments were reviewed and discussed in great detail over the course of the summer and fall. As a result of the survey, comments, and discussions, we present the new and updated Logo for The Houston Athletic Rugby Club for the 2014-2015 Season and onward!! Going forward, this logo will be used on various marketing and branding material such as Club kit, Website, and Facebook. It will take some time transitioning this logo but please feel free to use this logo going forward.
