Senator Barbara Boxer is not happy with the NRC. Thats an understatement. Shes mad. Here Senator Boxer nails the NRC for launching a smear campaign against the one man on the NRC who wanted to make safety upgrades to our nuclear facilities as a lesson learned from Fukushima.
