As far as my views are concerned , I can categorically say there is a nexus between Producer and Adarsh here, Peruse this write up and decide yourself -I am providing a few figures clearly manipulated by Taran Adarsh . Verify the figures if you wish, they are available on net. Chennai Express Opening Day = 33.12 crore beats Ek Tha Tiger : 32.92 crore by only few lakhs. Difference of only 20 lakhs on Day 1 . And the collections were updated next day at 10 a.m. . He had not waited for numbers from his own sources and copy pasted producer numbers. If a particular movie has broken any recocrd , isn’t it rational to first wait for accurate numbers before update. Or were they desparate to sensationalize the news for movie’s publicity? Update of 3700 screens ,the widest release ever, at 10 a.m. in the morning ? Coincidence ? Chennai Express Collection after Day 2 = 67.92 crore To complete 100 crore in 3 days and create sensation in media and over internet( an After-Release publicity gimmick nowadays), Chennai Express required 32.08 crore i.e. more than 32 crore. Guess what was Sunday figure ? Is it predictable ? Taran’s Sunday update : 32.50 crore That makes it a 100.42 crore weekend . Task accomplished! Again just a few lakhs more than 100 crore . Coincidence ? Moving 1 year back * Ek Tha Tiger released on 15th August , 2012. (Remember Ek Tha Tiger had an extended weekend of 5 days and 5th day was Sunday) Taran’s figures for first 4 days = 32.92 + 14.52 + 12.90 + 16.75 = 77.09 crore To finish the extended weekend at 100 crore and create sensation(as I mentioned in Chennai Express above ) , ETT required approx 23 crore on Sunday. Taran’s Sunday Update : 23.06 crore Total 5 day extended weekend = 100.15 crore. Mission accomplished ! Again , a few lakhs more than 100 crore ! (Taran to media : Let’s sensationalize it [?]) Clearly,there is a nexus between producers and Adarsh . They circulate fake numbers , achieve fake week/weekend milestones and sensationalize the News to gain extra mileage for the movie . They are using it as post release publicity gimmick. Fine , fake it, do anything ,it’s your job . You are corrupt, your wish .But there are lakhs of people following you for daily updates. Is there a word “ responsibility” in your dictionary? Responsibility to use your own sources and provide correct numbers to your followers who, unaware of your true colors, believe you ? Why are you cheating them? There are other honest analysts and sites like BOI who update accurate collections and end up getting abused by blind fanatics . Isn’t it injustice to them? They are doing their job , updating the collections . Do they deserve those abuses? Further Consolidation of my point * Dabangg 2 lifetime collection = 155.7 approx. Chennai Express week 1 : 156.71 Again marginally ahead of Dabangg 2 lifetime . Cloud over Taran and producer’s head - > ( Fodder manufactured for further Sensationalism . It’s 4th highest grosser now , Let’s sensationalise it. Call media, print it , sell the news. 2nd weekend is arriving , make it Viral . Create a vacuum of sensationalism and suck the audience into theatres for coming weekend. ) Coincidence ? Let’s move to Future updates. Taran hasn’t updated Thursday figures yet . But is anyone waiting for his already fixed numbers ? Is there any need to wait for it? Let me predict : According to Taran , Chennai Express will “ just cross” 200 crore at the end of week 2 “by few lakhs ” Coincidence ? Manipulation ? Corruption? Is there any need to wait for his figures? His so called Official Figure after Thursday i.e. 2 weeks is fixed and is going to be 200 crore + few lakhs . On Friday , he will fake it past 3 IDIOTS 202 cr record , the news of new record will go viral to skyrocket the Saturday,Sunday collections. I am 100% sure of this “Future Coincidence”. Manipulation and corruption at it’s peak! In a nutshell, here is a gist of coincidences : 1.Day 1 : CE 33.12 crore beats ETT 32.97 crore by few lakhs 3.Day 3 : CE just crosses 100 crore mark by few lakhs 3.Week1 end : CE just crosses Dabangg 2 lifetime by few lakhs 4.Week2 end : CE just crosses 200 crore by few lakhs Before last year , only Taran’s reviews had been predictable , now his collection figures are also predictable. Good progress!
