HAVE VOICE MAIL ON YOUR PHONE I referred a friend to a business I work with. In my basic run down with businesses, I tell them early on they need voice mail. My friend tried to contact the business 3 times. No ability to leave a message and he calls from an ID blocked phone. A customer should not have to chase you, they should not have to text you. The business who is easy to deal with wins - in this instance, a caller can leave a message and get the call returned. Not having voice mail will lose you business and opportunity. If you are in business, it is a must
