I dont know whose site it is, so do not take it as legal advice. It also appears to be in part related to a specific state and also specific Circuit Courts. Law can vary from state to state and from one judicial circuit to another. However, there may be things to glean from it, including citations to U.S. Supreme Court rulings, which hold force more broadly. An attorney might determine for you whether those citations are correct and in context. It does, however, give some idea of the kinds of things that can be fought, legally, in matters of judicial fraud and could give someone an idea of what supporting evidence may be needed in doing so.
