HB1 - Haleighs Hope Act This may be difficult for the average lay person to read and understand, but it is a copy of the proposed HB1 which was prefiled by State Representative Allen Peake in the Clerks Office of the Georgia House of Representatives on November 17, 2014. The strike through sections are current law that will be overwritten by HB1, and the underlined provisions are the provisions of HB1 that will be added to current Georgia law. We see from reading the bill that the administering of any derivative by smoking is expressly prohibited.
