HBEF Founder Chris Mburu was a guest speaker last night at a special fundraiser for the United Nations Association of Canada held at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) in downtown Toronto. As part of the special event, the film A Small Act (asmallact) was screened to a large audience at the institutes main auditorium. Chris urged his audience to support advocacy efforts to push for universal access to basic education in Africa, and also briefed the gathering on HBEF s advocacy campaign of EDUCATION IS A HUMAN RIGHT!
