Job Summary Responsible for partnering with OD Consultants to support the design, delivery and evaluation of programmatic organizational development initiatives for specific business units. Provide thought partnership and guidance to OD Consultants and HR business partners regarding training and organizational development best practices, instructional design principles, organizational design theory, leadership practices, performance improvement, change management and communication. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities - Partners with OD Consultants and HR business partners to assess, design, and implement organizational effectiveness (OE) strategies and tools to ensure strong, business focused programs that support and enhance the business units. - Develops solutions, tools, and training necessary to deliver best-practice leadership, team-building initiatives, change management initiatives and other organizational development initiatives. Ensures processes are streamlined, efficient and meet business needs. Supports implementation of business initiatives. - Procures necessary tools/resources to support overall service requirements. Diagnoses potential organizational problem areas using talent analytics data and other sources of data input. Makes recommendations on solutions and interventions based on analysis, - Partners with OD Consultants to create project timelines and deadlines. - Develops and monitors project plans. Prepares reports on project plans, milestones, metrics, and budgets to track progress and effectiveness of all programs. Nature and Scope - Performs full range of standard professional level of work that typically requires processing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues. Identifies problems and possible solutions and takes appropriate action to resolve. Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data. - Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct customers of the process. - May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel or professional personnel.
