HDFC Bank : FRUSTRATED With HDFC BANK service :- My customer id is 22649511 . The HDFC bank ATM machine which is situated in Mohammadwadi Pune retain my HDFC bank debit card. I raised the complaint on 13 Feb 2014 asking to send that ATM card to HDFC kalyani nagar Pune branch . But the member who took complaint send my ATM card to Gujarat . I don’t know what is the wrong with this one . Again I raised the complaint asking send it to Kalyani Nagar Pune on 24 Feb 2014 . But I didn’t get any response from bank side .When I called to customer care number 61606161 they said I need to give a call to Mumbai customer care as my complaint raised it in Mumbai . Customer Care personnel always says give a call to Mumbai customer care . Its frustrating time since last 20 days for me .
