HR Tasks:Maintains the day to day activities & follow up procedures that ensures efficient implementation of all HR functions recruitment & selection, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits & enhancement of employees relations under supervision of HR / Country Manager. Maintains ongoing positive relationship with all employees at all levels & acts as a link between employees , direct managers & top management especially in case of conflicts , whilst recommending corrective actions. Personnel & Admin Tasks: Deals with social insurance offices, private life & medical insurance providers, labor office , public organizations & contracted law office while maintaining updated records of employees Prepares proposals for purchasing, maintenance & upgrading office supplies & stationary, as per office requirements in Egypt while performing the necessary arrangements to ensure provision of all kinds of office supplies in a timely & quality manner. Job Qualification Required Qualifications & Skills: •Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Post graduate studies / degrees are considered as asset. •(3-5) years of working experience in a similar or related field, preferably with a multinational background. •Strong computer skills “ Microsoft word, excel & power point, Internet research” Personal Profile & Behavioral Approach: •Very good communication skills with very high listening abilities & very solid writing & reporting skills in addition to Very strong presentation & negotiation skills. •Initiative, self starter, creative & self motivated, independent & requires minimum supervision, with strong organizational skills. •Motivating personality with high ability to influence attitudes of employees positively •Ability & flexibility to travel overseas when required by business needs.
