Little fun playing in my new fitness you last night!!! I miss step class. Be ready for some amazing step videos now! (So I used to take step class very regularly at the gym. I was the front row diva, big movements, jazz hands, the whole bit. One class I got so into it, when I came down to land from a huge over the bench I stepped on the side of my step, rolled my ankle, crashes to the floor, my steps go flying and I end up lying there on my back looking at the ceiling. The instructor even stopped class to see if I was ok. My friend Tammy just laughed so uncontrollably and came over to high five me. SMH...grace is NOT my middle name.)
