***HEALTH ALERT***Temperatures are now above 90 degrees. Drink plenty of fluids (water), wear loose-light colored and light weight clothes. Limit your time outside,stay out of direct sunlight and inside air conditioned buildings. This will help protect you from heat related illnesses. the elderly, infants, children and out door workers are at the highest risk. Keep pets inside and out of the sunlight, give them plenty of water.
