HEALTHY KIDS DAY Saturday April 12 1-5 pm Attention Jr. Cavaliers League Participants Through the YMCA of Greater Cleveland’s Collaboration with the Cleveland Cavaliers, we have been given a great opportunity to utilize the Cavs Court at the Quicken Loans Arena during our Healthy Kids Day on April 12th. With this opportunity, we have scheduled a number of events to give as many kids possible the opportunity to experience playing on an NBA Court. Saturday April 12th on the Court at the Q 1:00-2:00 12-14 Year Olds All-Character Game 2:00-3:00 9-14 Year Old Skill Clinic 3:00-4:00 6-8 Year Old Skill Clinic 4:00-5:00 3-5 Year Old Skill Clinic Currently, the YMCA serves over 1,500 Boys and Girls in the Greater Cleveland area in our Youth Basketball Leagues. Unfortunately, due to our restricted space and time on April 12th, we are not able to allow everyone to participate in on-the-floor activities. Therefore, each program site will be only have a limited amount of spots. If there are more people interested in participating than space allowed than we will randomly draw individuals to play on the court at the Q. If your child is not selected to participate, there will still be plenty of activities to get involved in at the Q during The YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day. The event is free for everyone, however pre-registration at your branch is recommended. If you wish to have your child participate in one of the Skill Sessions, please fill out the form below and turn it back in by Saturday, April 5th.
