HELLO MORTGAGE COACHES! Today we released a new feature that will automatically show up on your EDGE TCA presentations. This feature adds a button beneath each scenario on your report to View All Payments. When the borrower clicks on this button, they will see a full payment stream of their anticipated payments. For conventional loans with no MI, the payment stream will basically show the majority of the payments at one value, then the last payment will be slightly different to cover the remaining balance and interest. For FHA loans, this will be a great way to show how the payment changes over time as the MI payment declines.
