ONE BIG ONION ONE BIG GREEN OR RED BELL PEPPER. ONE BUNCH CILANTRO --HARA DHANIA.OR METHI 1-2 GREEN HOT PEPPER -HARI MIRCHI DICE ALL FINE OR USE FOOD PROCESSOR, TO CHOP .DO NOT GRIND THE VEGEIS. MIX ALL AND MAKE DOUGH WITH LASSI.LIKE YOU WILL FOR MAKING ROTI, BUT A LITTLE SOFTER.KEEP IN WARM PLACE FOR ONE HOUR OR SO. THE DOUGH WILL RISE. USING GEE ON HANDS MAKE BALLS ,ROLL JUST LIKE ROTI.
