HELLO WONDERFUL VOLUNTEERS!! We are holding another planning session for the upcoming OKLAHOMA Gala, Bar-B-Q and Silent Auction, which will be held on Saturday, July 26th from 5:00 – 11:00 PM. We need volunteers to serve on the following committees (and others) • Invitation labeling & mailing • Decorations (lobby) • Decorations (amphitheater) • Set Up (amphitheater) • Silent Auction Set Up • Silent Auction – running and check out • Food & Beverage We’d love to have your input and ideas about what is sure to be a fabulous event and fundraiser for the MPC Theatre Company.
