HELLO! and welcome back to college lyfe!!!!! I hope you all had a great summer and that yall are rested up and ready for the upcoming school year! (tell me about your summers another time; I am totally open to listening to you; I will be your friend;I missed you guys) Anyway, many of you are interested in helping out for welcome week which starts in two days! So heres where you can lend your much appreciated help! Monday: Tabling from 10-4pm at Anteater Involvement Fair booth 156 (set up will be at 9am) Tuesday: Tabling on Ring Road near Humanities Hall from 10-4pm/callbacks Wednesday: Tabling on Ring Road near HH from 11-2pm (set up at 10am)/callbacks Thursday & Friday: Callbacks and hangout/grab dinner together/meet up with people. Part 2: Following up with people. What staff and the leaders decided to do for welcome week is more of a concentrated effort to get people to come to week 1 weekly meeting instead of a ton of different events, BUT we dont want to lose the freshmen during welcome week. So what we have decided to do is have more of an open dinner hangout kind of thing (of at least a couple people) where we hangout and eat dinner/lunch/one of Joshs five meals/whatever together and invite freshmen for a more chill casual get-to-know-you kind of time instead of a planned structured event. I created a spreadsheet so you guys can come eat with me and it wont just be me by myself.
