HELP !!!! I bought a Hot Tub from Target, it was not working correctly on the first day, than we found out it doesnt has a HEATER. I returned the item, it got picked up by Target on the 3rd of Nov. They still hold my money! PayPal says Im not covert and they wont do a dispute. I called Target 5 times, but I only get transferred from one to the other. I dont know what else to do or where to go from here. I just know Im out a couple of grants and cant get it back. Any useful input would be appreciated.
