******HELP****** I traded my phone for in a trade with all of the conversation logged. Now the other party says that they are not happy with the trade. They also say that they want their phone back or else they will report it as stolen. However as Ive said I have the entire agreement saved, which is one piece of evidence showing that the phone was not stolen. Also when the trade occurred, the other party activated their Sim card on my old phone and made a call. Which is another piece of evidence that it wasnt stolen. Is it still possible for them to report the phone as stolen when they agreed to trade it, just because they were unhappy with the phone.
