*** HELP NEEDED FOR A LITTER OF PUPPIES! *** NBS Animal Rescue rescued four 4 month old Maltese puppies from Detroit on Christmas who are fighting for their lives in a veterinary hospital from a horrible virus called Parvo Virus. Their care is estimated to be over $1000 per puppy, and we desperately need your positive thoughts and prayers for strength and healing as well as your support. We know that money is tight for everyone right now, but if you are able to donate a few dollars towards their care, we would greatly appreciate it! Another wonderful way that you can help is by donating your bottles and cans from your Christmas and New Years Eve parties to NBS Animal Rescue for our Pop Bottles for Parvo Puppies fundraiser. If you have at least $5 worth of returnable bottles and cans simply PM this page with an address and a volunteer will happily arrange to come and pick up your bottles! A drop off location is available in Sterling Heights - please PM us for times and an address. Live quite a distance from the Madison Heights area but want to help?? Return your bottles at your nearest store and mail the slips or money to our administrative office! Do you work in an office that has a pop bottle collection can?? We would be happy to send you a color flyer to post in your office and to pick up any bottles your business or office might be able to donate to the cause.
