HELP!!! Narigat ti biyag ti estyudante nga Ikalinga gapu t tribal-war. This is one of the saddest reality. But still, Im proud to be an Ikalinga because I am a TRUE IKALINGA, one who value, care and respect his fellow Ikalinga, and one who fight only for what is right. As a true Ikalinga, I have and will never believe to what an UNREAL IKALINGA usually supposed, that is, the sin of one is the sin of all , but instead, Ive always believed that THE SIN OF ONE MUST BE A SIN TO ALL. Thus, where there is an injured or killed fellow Ikalinga even he was killed by another Ikalinga, WE ALL, true Ikalingas, are the offended parties, not only the tribe to where the victim belongs. We must work hand in hand in order to punish the actual perpetrator. We must not blame others whom we know to be innocent so as not to devastate the reputation and the future of our beloved province. And let us always remember that, even the immediate family members of the offender can be the most innocent person to blame or take revenge with. TO ILLUSTRATE: A and B are Brothers. Oftentimes, they used to quarrel because A have always been admonishing and even fought with B because of Bs illegal acts and immoral behavior. For this reason, B considered his brother as his enemy and so he tried to kill A for several times, but failed to do the same for causes independent to his will. A is a religious person, he was always longing for the reformation of his brother. One time, A learned that B has killed C. Infuriated with this, he went to search for his brother in order to surrender the same to the authorities, in case he would find him. On his way to the place he suspected to be where B was hiding, he met the immediate family members of C. Consequently, knowing that A was the brother of B, said family members killed him. Corollary with this, A, a very innocent person, has suffered the wrong done by his brother which he himself has also resented. Moreover, also one of the wretched reality, B would naturally be happy since one of his wish or desire is realized or granted, that is, the death of A whom, although his brother, he considered his enemy. Obviously, in this case, the offended parties will think and feel that justice had been done, while in truth and in fact, it was not. Therefore, to avoid this situation, we must not indiscriminately blame anyone, instead, we must work together in order to apprehend and punish the perpetrator, because, as Ive always believed, WE ARE ALL OFFENDED PARTIES.
