Bhd. radiant-retreats. JOB LOCATION:~ Mainly in Janda Baik, Pahang. Job Type:~ Full time, permanent. Reports to COO. TO APPLY:~ Send CV to info@radiant-retreats or call 0133697460 JOB PURPOSE:~ Program Facilitators are responsible for the coordination and execution of our camp and retreat programs, to ensure each event’s unique objectives are met, participants are safe and engaged, and clients are excited to come back for future camps and retreats. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:~ - Prepare for each event including collating participant details, coordinating external resources, preparing camp materials, preparing activities’ spaces, applying for necessary permits and other logistics. - Running retreat and camp activities according to each event’s program, including going for hikes and participating in water activities. - Delivering the briefing and teaching at camps and retreats. Training will be provided for this, and the teaching expectation will increase in line with the employee’s own abilities. - Transporting participants and goods. - Problem-solving during each event. - Close monitoring of the safety and well-being of participants. - Proper debriefs and hand-offs, and completing necessary paperwork. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:~ - Handling communications with clients and participants, such as questions about the camp. - Handling the pre and post-marketing of the event, e.g. sales meetings with schools, Facebook photo uploads, website up-dates - Conducting research and reconnaissance activities as required, to continually improve our curriculum - Graphic design support. - Purchasing camp consumables. QUALIFICATIONS:~ This job is suitable for junior employees, fresh graduates, or even post SPM/STPM school leavers with a great attitude, meaning you: - Must be keen to learn and accumulate relevant skills and knowledge - Must love spending time with kids - Must be people-oriented, friendly and not shy to lead a group - Must love the outdoors and have the right level of physical fitness to lead outdoor activities. - Must be flexible with time and job scope, and willing to sleep over during events. - Must be willing to travel to our other camp locations throughout Pahang, Johor, Perak, Selangor and Negri Sembilan. - Must be willing to perform other tasks as required by the business from time to time - Must be flexible with working hours especially during events All training will be provided on-the-job. We will also sponsor you to attend suitable certification programs including: - Facilitation Skills Training - Eco-Host Licensing - 1st Aid Responder Certification - Lifeguarding Certification - English Language Proficiency lessons - Driver’s License - Proficiency with MSOffice programs Obviously, candidates who already have these skills or certification will be at an advantage, and will be offered a package at the higher range. PACKAGE TERMS:~ - 7 days off in a month, scheduled around our events. - Additional 10 days annual leave. - RM1,800 to RM3,500 starting salary, depending on qualifications. - Other business-related expenses such as petrol and mobile phone bills will be reimbursed. - EPF contributions as stipulated by law. - Medical insurance. - Opportunity to earn annual bonus depending on performance of the business and personal performance.
