HELP!! So I had Magic Jack for 3 years and suddenly it goes completely dead! I e-mail customer service and of course there is no live person, but they ask for my phone number and I give it to them and and they said there is no such number!! So I decide to go buy a trac phone. Thought it would be simple to set-up, followed the directions and it comes up with unregistered sim. I contact customer service - again no live person - and have no clue where to go from here except to return it to the store. So I am phoneless! These are the times you wish you had a man around who could figure it out! LOL
