HERE WE GO The Saturday class is finally upon us and it will not be for the faint hearted. Saturday the 16th of August will see the introduction of our first 90 minute ultimate BOOT BOX class. This class will consist of a 45 minute bootcamp followed by a 45 minute boxercise session. Class time will be 3 pm THIS WILL BE ONE CLASS. Class cost will be €8 . It is strongly advised that you prebook your position in this class . Please note that this class is not included in our current offer of the three in one week offer. As normal , our €13 offer is for any three classes in the same midweek classes.
