HEY UHS! Just a couple important notices about CLUBS: 1. USAC has to look over all clubs forms before they can be accepted so if you are finished with your form, you must hand it in to a USAC member so they can give it quick scan before giving it to admin. USAC members are available from periods 1-5 at the USAC office so drop by anytime! 2. Clubs forms are due Sept. 29th, which is also the date that Kelly Lin (our external affairs co-ordinator) will bring all the forms to admin. Admin. wants to look over all of the forms at once so no clubs will be approved before the 29th 3. EXISTING CLUBS MUST FILL OUT CLUBS FORMS TOO!!! HOWEVER, they are allowed to run meetings before their form is approved IF they let admin know + they have a teacher supervisor ***New clubs cannot run any meetings until after their form is approved 4. Clubs can begin requesting budgets ONLY AFTER THEIR CLUB FORM HAS BEEN APPROVED. Budget forms will be available after Sept. 29th -> the maximum amount of money that can be allocated to a club is $200 5. The tentative date for the CLUBS FAIR is OCTOBER 9th. It will take place during periods 3 & 4.
